Queer Prom, themed QUEERS IN SPACE, is a sober, semi-formal chaperoned dance party for LGBTQIA2+ young people and allies, ages 13 to 24! Queers in Space will be at the Hillside Community Center on Saturday, May 30th, from 6 to 9 pm.
There is no cost to attend Queer Prom. We will also have dresses, suits, makeup artists, and hairstylists available before the event so young people can feel as fabulous as they deserve for their prom!
IOYS staff and volunteers will be present to uphold IOYS Brave Space Agreements (which can be found below.) IOYS armed security will be present at the event for enhanced safety and to conduct bag checks.
