When you sign up for our Activist Network mailing and text list, we will keep you up to date on local threats to the rights of LGBTQIA2+ young people, with tangible steps for you to get involved and take a stand.
Your visible and vocal support can make such a huge difference as we face these challenges. LGBTQIA2+ young people need to see that they are not alone.

Currently, we are engaged in the Families Not Politics campaign against two anti-trans ballot measures (Propositions 134 and 135), and have been inviting our Activist Network to join us in canvassing and phone banking to get out the vote! Join the Activist Network today if you’d like to participate in the effort to protect the rights of trans youth statewide.
January 2026 – We attended the Falcon District 49 Board of Education meeting to advocate for a repeal of their trans sports ban. More than 45 people joined us or sent emails to the board, and this harmful policy was fully repealed!
June 2026 – We attended the Academy District 20 Board of Education meeting to speak against changes to their proposed Policy ACA (regarding name-changes for trans students). More than 30 people joined us or sent emails to the board.
October 2025 – We attended the Colorado Springs School District 11 Board of Education meeting to advocate for changes to a curriculum challenge policy, i.e. a book banning policy. Around 25 people joined us in telling the board what we needed from this policy. We were successful in getting language changed to be less likely to target LGBTQIA2+ or BIPOC books!
